Job summary

Cenikor Foundation is seeking a Client Registration Coordinator in Corpus Christi, TX. You will be the first contact for clients, manage intake scheduling, provide financial counseling, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth admissions and efficient bed utilization.

The role emphasizes professional communication, accurate documentation in the EHR, and ongoing coordination with insurance and referral sources. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LCDC-i licensure preferred where applicable.
• Prior experience in patient registration or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial and primary contact for clients pre- and upon arrival for intake.
• Perform reminder calls to confirm intake appointments and address barriers.
• Greet visitors and professionally represent Cenikor through written and verbal communication.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss funding options to support care.
• Manage client portal accounts within the electronic health record system.
• Generate reports on client conversion, admissions, discharges, and census.
• Coordinate scheduled intakes and discharges to maximize bed capacity.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
