Job summary

Rees Scientific Corporation is seeking a Project Manager I to lead customer implementation projects from initiation to deployment. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service, and Technical teams while acting as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of PM/coordination experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance customer needs with project constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small-to-medium size customer implementation projects from initiation through deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria aligned with customer goals.
• Develop and report on project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables align with customer expectations, contracts, and requirements.
• Facilitate kickoff and status meetings and project reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and resolve risks.
• Track risks, issues, and budgets, reporting status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and lessons learned.
