Job summary

Rees Scientific Corporati is seeking a Project Manager II to plan, execute, monitor, and close customer implementation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful deployment and customer adoption.

The role requires 4–7 years of PM experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Onsite training for 3 months, with 2–3 days onsite thereafter.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project management experience, including customer-facing implementation projects.
• Experience managing customer implementations in SaaS/technology/healthcare environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple mid-to-large size customer implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria.
• Develop and track plans, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and executive sponsors.
