Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve
  Serve as an HR expert to ADP’s largest clients and support ADP’s most complex products/technologies. Solve client problems – taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations
  Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. Set priorities, organize your day, multi‑task, change direction, and provide prompt follow‑up. Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. Hold yourself to high ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of Integrity is Everything.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate
  Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients. Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located in the La Palma/Cerritos/Huntington Beach/Irvine/Garden Grove/Fullerton/Anaheim or surrounding Orange County, CA area and will be required to manage an external client territory/book of business within the area. Hybrid work model (remote, field, LaPalma Office).
• At least 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems‑related organization.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.

A college degree is great but not required. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experienced could include:

• Experience noted above, or
• Military experience. We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences veterans bring to the table.

• HR Certification or willingness to pursue in the first year.

Salaries and Benefits

Base salary offers vary by location, skills, and experience. Compensation ranges from $66,560.00 to $116,100.00 per year and may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
