On a typical day, you will research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, communicate effectively to exceed expectations, and provide recommendations while educating less experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer service or HR environment with proven results.
• College degree preferred but not required; military service or significant consulting experience acceptable.

What you can expect on a typical day

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients, solve client problems, and provide best practice training.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use interpersonal skills and product knowledge to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and maintain high ethical standards.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret business issues, recommend solutions, and share knowledge with less experienced consultants.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is preferred but not required; acceptable alternative experience includes military service or significant consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first year.

Benefits and Compensation

• Annual salary range: $57,100.00 - $116,100.00 / Year (may vary by location, skills, and experience; may include bonus, equity, or commissions).
