Human Resources Consultant
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will use your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges. Your #1 goal is to help clients while working on diverse, open-ended problems that vary each day.

What you can expect on a typical day
- Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients, solve client problems, and provide best practice training.
- Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use interpersonal skills and product knowledge to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and maintain high ethical standards.
- Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret business issues, recommend solutions, and share knowledge with less experienced consultants.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems-related organization.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- A college degree is preferred but not required; acceptable alternative experience includes military service or significant consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first year.

- Annual salary range: $57,100.00 - $116,100.00 / Year (may vary by location, skills, and experience; may include bonus, equity, or commissions).
