The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products.

Role involves delivering excellent service, promoting online/mobile banking, and collaborating with internal teams while complying with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales, or business to business sales experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ year of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related field.
• Ability to build and retain relationships; strong presentation and product knowledge; familiarity with online/mobile banking features.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate on banking technology and maintain knowledge of products and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
