Job summary

Nuvant is hiring Virtual Client Onboarding Representatives to guide new and prospective clients through financial solutions aligning with their goals. You’ll be a key first point of contact to introduce services and steer clients toward the next step, all in a remote, client-facing capacity.

Core responsibilities include initiating outbound outreach, welcoming clients, uncovering needs, explaining offerings, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining precise CRM records for effective service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working in a work from home setting.
• A people-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
