Ansira is seeking a Client Growth Associate Manager to oversee client success and growth across select agency accounts. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, manage forecasts, and drive revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to align client goals with agency capabilities and digital initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years’ experience with client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment; digital/marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with digital, tech-savvy and data-driven accounts required.
• Strong fundamentals in marketing and advertising.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management.
• Professional communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Owns client relationships for accounts delivering $1–$2M annually.
• Drives revenue growth and coordinates opportunity initiatives.
• Manages sales cycle for growth opportunities across accounts.
• Oversees forecasting, scoping/billing and revenue recognition.
• Understands client business context and competitive position.
• Gleans client goals and aligns team efforts to achieve them.
• Reports on agency performance and contributes to ideation sessions.
• Interacts with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation.
• Escalates red flags to CP leadership when needed.
• Assists with marketing proposals and internal/external decks.
• Supports billing procedures and tracks budget variances.
