Unum is seeking a Client Development Specialist to support enrollment activities and drive sales growth. You will coordinate enrollment projects, assist in preparing client presentations, and help manage inforce block opportunities to expand customer relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A collaborative, fast-paced environment with diverse benefits solutions awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
• Solid growth and sales orientation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment and Re-Enrollment Coordination and Support for enrollment activities and materials.
• Drive Sales Support & Market Development with pre-sale prep, quotes, and market analysis.
• Proactive mining and execution of inforce block including cross-selling opportunities and renewal programs.
• Office/Management Support tasks to maintain office operations and data accuracy.
