Job summary

Truist is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Associate to deliver exceptional client service and accurately process transactions.

You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound calling, and leverage Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor financial solutions.

Work with branch teams, maintain records, and adhere to controls and policy while growing client relationships through proactive engagement and cross-selling appropriate products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while handling transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calling and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and routine training.
• Attend sales, service and product knowledge meetings and related training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
