Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Teller to serve clients in-person, welcome new and existing customers, and assist with account transactions and servicing needs. You will identify financial wellness opportunities and smoothly transition clients to a Banker for deeper conversations.

Dependable, accurate, and compliant with banking policies, you will balance cash drawers and participate in morning huddles, with Saturday work as directed. Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent business experience.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of Windows-based applications and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service for bank clients and assist with account transactions.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate as needed.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
• Assist with balancing cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
• Adhere to compliance, audit, and security procedures; work on Saturdays as directed.
