Job summary

The Teller at our Lincoln, NE branch will handle daily teller transactions in both lobby and drive-up locations, delivering outstanding client service and building client relationships by recognizing referral opportunities. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, answering client questions, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical aptitude and accuracy in handling cash deposits and receipts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and loan payments, cash checks, and handle routine teller transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries in person and by phone; identify referral opportunities.
• Record transactions and referrals in the banking system; maintain cash drawer and security procedures.
• Support cross-selling of products and services by recognizing client needs.
