Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller in Portland, OR to be the first point of contact for clients. You will perform teller transactions with accuracy and confidentiality, balance cash drawers, and support branch operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with numbers and written instructions.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process daily ATM tasks; handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking products and services.
• Mitigate risk by safeguarding money and funds transfers.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through proactive service.
