Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administrator for our Chandler, AZ facility. You will handle daily order entry, sales processing, dealer management, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong data-entry skills, and excellent communication. This role involves in-person work at our Chandler site with opportunities to support multiple HPAG brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales administration or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily Amazon order entry and oversight for all HPAG brands.
• Process sales orders and monitor pricing, customer information, and issues.
• Manage drop-ship orders and coordinate with departments for fulfillment.
• Set up dealer accounts, tax certifications, and preferred dealer programs.
• Process RMAs, warranties, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide quotes, lead times, and shipping info for international customers.
• Work with multiple departments to resolve order issues and special requests.
• Assist with inbound calls during peak periods and provide admin support.
