Job summary

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administrator for in-person work at our Chandler, AZ facility. You will handle daily order entry for HPAG brands, process sales orders, manage dealer accounts, and support cross-department collaboration to resolve order issues.

The role requires strong data entry, Excel, organization, and communication skills, with a background in sales administration or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales administration, data entry, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and oversee daily Amazon orders for all HPAG brands.
• Process sales orders, verify pricing and customer information.
• Coordinate drop-ship orders and fulfillment with departments.
• Set up dealer accounts and manage tax certifications and Preferred Dealer profiles.
• Process RMAs, warranties, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Manage data entry and ensure accuracy of data feeds.
• Monitor inbox for dealer violations and follow up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Tech Support, CS and others to resolve issues.
• Provide quotes, lead times, and shipping details for international customers.
• Maintain knowledge of HPAG brands, products, policies, and offerings.
• Assist Amazon customers with orders, questions, returns, and shipping.
