This full-time role (M-F, 40 hours) involves opening/closing, cross-selling, processing transactions, and educating clients on security best practices within a compliant environment.

Associates must follow Banker Standards and participate in training to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions with courtesy and accuracy.
• Experience in sales or cross-selling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, service, and support all accounts and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet client needs and bank goals.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and other transactions.
• Educate clients on ID fraud and security.
• Maintain accurate client information and referrals in system.
