Job summary

TD Bank seeks a banking professional to cultivate client relationships, deliver personalized banking solutions, and drive growth across multiple locations. You’ll guide clients with needs-based advice, partnering with teams to execute referrals and manage risk and regulatory standards.

You’ll engage in mortgage inquiries, support residential lending activities, and maintain strong client experiences while navigating TD’s policies and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in sales, service, or relationship-building.
• Must be able to travel to multiple locations within a designated area.
• Experience in banking environment preferred (teller/relationship banking).
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts at bank locations.
• Engage in client conversations, surface needs, and identify suitable solutions with TD tools.
• Lead client engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities.
• Provide clear, tailored guidance on a broad range of products and services to support financial goals.
• Deliver needs-based guidance and coordinate referrals with partners to execute solutions.
• Advocate for clients, maintain ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
