Aufgaben

• Determines which financial products best meet the client’s needs and circumstances.
• Advises clients on advantages and disadvantages of different financial products.
• Open new accounts and provide account information, handle maintenance requests, monitor accounts.
• Resolve client problems through direct action or referrals to staff.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with team members to refer prospects.
• Adhere to security measures and regulatory requirements (e.g., CIP, BSA).
• Handle requests involving the Bank’s Legal department.
• Assist with balancing the vault and cash verification; operate teller terminal.
• Cross-train and support other positions as needed.
• May be assigned to opening/closing the branch and other tasks; may assist with loan processing.
