Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve client issues.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licensing requirements will be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first by delivering attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, both in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
