Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join our branch team. You will build lasting relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using our banking platform and technology tools.

In this role you will deliver hospitality, comply with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. Hours include weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
  • Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
  • Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
  • Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
  • SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses to be obtained within 180 days through JPMorganChase program.
  • Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Put clients first and exceed expectations – deliver attentive and friendly service.
  • Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
  • Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
  • Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
  • Learn products and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
