Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced project administrator to manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. The role requires leading project teams, reviewing contracts, and maintaining proactive communication with customers.

The ideal candidate will monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate weekly meetings, and handle invoicing and monthly draws while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead projects with timely decision making
• Strong communication with customers and project team
• Experience in budgeting, buyout, and invoicing processes
• Skilled in creating and maintaining project schedules
• Review of prime and subcontract provisions and compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive overall administration of single or multiple projects
• Carefully review all provisions of project contracts, both prime and subcontracts
• Maximize budget buyout
• Participate in weekly OAC meetings and other project meetings
• Maintain clear communication with customers on project issues like schedule changes, change orders and quality
• Closely monitor project budgets and schedules
• Lead the project team and assign clear duties to the superintendent
• Approve invoices and submit information for monthly draws
• Ensure all activities follow company policies and safety policies
• Record all understandings from meetings and conversations in the project folder
• Complete project documentation in Sage 300 and JobPlanner
• Promote the company to customers to encourage future opportunities
• Complete other project related tasks as assigned
