Job summary

Corelation is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in San Diego to lead, organize, and document post-conversion engagements, applying best practices and delivering client training. You will serve as the main client liaison, develop engagement plans, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and provide timely updates to clients and internal staff.

Three to five years of related experience and a college degree (non-technical) are preferred; on-the-job training and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation with correct spelling and terminology.
• Engage clients to create engagement plans and act as main liaison.
• Apply best practices for engagements and suggest process improvements.
• Provide technical and training support and timely updates to clients and internal staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
