Qualifications

• At least 6 months of similar or related experience.
• Two year degree in a related field is required.
• Prefer experience in the Credit Union Industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and communicate professionally.
• Understand KeyStone details and educate clients about product features.
• Act as liaison between credit unions and development, providing updates to clients and internal staff.
• Assist with database setup, mapping, and data gathering.
• Validate databases, test product behavior, and troubleshoot errors.
• Document data standards and write basic technical specifications.
• Assist with client training and back-office support.
• Take proactive approach to address client needs and questions.
• During first projects, you’ll be guided by mentors; later, you’ll lead most milestones.
• Travel is approximately 25%.
