Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct real estate experience.
• Knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven by a passion to learn how AI and other tech can improve work processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Commercial Lenders and Portfolio Manager to manage a high-growth CRE portfolio.
• Maintain proactive oversight of the portfolio, identify maturities and renewal opportunities.
• Complete loan analyses, reviewing financial statements, rent rolls, and sponsor/guarantor credit conditions.
• Track loan covenants and assess credit quality; prepare memos for PM and RM review.
• Support risk rating reviews for Watchlist and Criticized loans presented quarterly to the ARG Committee.
• Assist with bank audits, financial reporting, and covenant reviews for the CRE team.
