Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Florida-based insurance team. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and adept at managing an assigned book of personal lines business while delivering exceptional service.

You will respond to client requests, recommend coverage options, process endorsements, handle renewals, and seek opportunities to grow the book through cross-selling. A Florida P&C license and 3–5 years of agency experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or relevant insurance experience.
• Active Florida Property & Casualty license (4-40, 2-20 or 20-44).
• High school graduate; some college or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Applied Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of personal insurance business and serve as a primary contact for clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and service needs.
• Recommend coverage options, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and policy changes based on client needs.
• Explain coverage and policy details clearly and accurately.
• Review renewal terms and identify premium or coverage changes.
• Coordinate renewal activities and communicate options to clients.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow the book through cross-selling.
• Maintain complete, accurate client and policy information in the agency management system.
