Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager in Orlando, FL to manage a book of personal insurance and be the primary contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service. You will respond to inquiries, explain coverages, and coordinate renewals.

The role also involves recommending options, processing endorsements, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to grow the book, with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency or relevant insurance experience.
• Florida Property and Casualty license (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of personal insurance business and be the primary client contact.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, requests, and service needs.
• Recommend coverage options, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Explain coverage terms, exclusions, limits, and endorsements clearly.
• Review renewal terms and changes in premiums or client circumstances.
• Communicate renewal options to clients and coordinate renewals.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow the book via cross-selling.
• Maintain complete client and policy information in the agency system.
