Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing Florida-based insurance agency. You will manage an assigned book of personal insurance, serve as the primary client contact, and contribute to service excellence with proactive recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of agency or insurance experience, an active Florida P&C license (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44). Proficiency in Applied Epic and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of agency or insurance experience.
• Active Florida 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 Florida Property and Casualty license required.
• High school graduate; some college or a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Applied Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned personal insurance book and serve as primary client contact.
• Respond promptly to client questions and service needs.
• Recommend coverage options, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and policy modifications.
• Explain coverage, policy provisions, exclusions, limits, deductibles, endorsements, and other considerations clearly.
• Review renewal terms and identify premium, coverage, or underwriting changes.
• Communicate renewal options and coordinate renewal activities.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, cancellations, reinstatements, and other servicing tasks.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in the agency system.
