Job summary

CareerXchange is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager in the Blue Lagoon area of Miami, FL to join our team. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts and delivering outstanding service throughout the policy lifecycle.

You will handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries while reviewing coverage options to meet clients' needs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and knowledge of Applied Epic is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines insurance or similar role.
• Knowledge of homeowners, auto, condo, renters, and umbrella policies.
• Active Florida license preferred (2-20 or 20-44).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts (homeowners, auto, condo, renters, umbrella).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes; review coverage options.
