W3Global is seeking an experienced Account Executive/Manager for our Personal Lines Insurance team. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, manage personal lines accounts (home, auto), support renewals, and identify opportunities to upsell coverage.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid insurance license, and 5+ years in insurance. Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills are essential. On-site schedule with occasional local travel.
