• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new households and cross-sell.
• Ability to understand advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to profile customers and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Use CAMP and other tools to reach customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Primarily focus on cross-selling to existing customers and outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with Banking Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Aim to meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on the sales and referral process.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and helpfulness.
• Handle customer questions and issues with accountability and discretion.
• Follow policies and safeguard confidential information.
