Job summary

Peoplelink Group is seeking an Inside Program Manager to oversee an on-site staffing program for a client in Uvalde, TX. You will lead daily operations, build client partnerships, and drive performance within a collaborative team environment.

You’ll analyze hiring needs, deploy recruiting plans, and ensure quality service while documenting communications and generating weekly KPI reports. This is an experienced hire requiring HR/recruiting experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or HR operations is required.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact and partner to develop staffing solutions.
• Analyze hiring needs and deploy client- or role-specific recruiting plans.
• Support HR representatives and temporary staff with on-site needs.
• Document communications in the operations software and create weekly reports.
• Supervise and mentor on-site team members as needed.
