Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• NMLS registration required under the Safe Act of 2008.
• Minimum 3 years mortgage origination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a self-starter with attention to detail and efficient file flow.
• Collect and analyze client information to determine loan structure.
• Advise clients on loan application process and disclosures.
• Explain benefits/drawbacks of loan products including PMI, escrows, points, rates.
• Analyze and prepare loan for underwriting and assess repayment ability.
• Develop a business plan with marketing activities to meet goals.
• Proficient with LOS Encompass and CRM Surefire; familiarity with Hootsuite.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word in daily work.
• Manage pipeline following TRID, Reg B and Reg Z guidelines.
• Maintain loan quality benchmarks and adhere to rate lock timelines.
