Johnson Financial Group, a leading Wisconsin-based bank, is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer in Appleton to originate residential loans, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales goals. You will promote mortgage products, collect client information, and coordinate disclosures and underwriting with a community-focused lender.

You will work with Encompass, Surefire CRM, and Microsoft tools to manage a detailed pipeline and ensure timely closings, while maintaining exceptional customer

Formación

• Must have strong mortgage origination experience or related sales experience.
• NMLS registration required under Safe Act of 2008.
• Ability to meet production and referral goals.

Responsabilidades

• Originate residential mortgage loans and generate new business.
• Advise clients on loan options, disclosures, and application process.
• Analyze client information for loan structuring and underwriting readiness.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships to deepen financial partnerships.
• Develop marketing plans and community involvement to reach production goals.
• Utilize LOS and CRM tools to manage pipelines and client communications.
• Adhere to TRID, Reg B and Reg Z guidelines and rate-lock timelines.
• Ensure timely loan closings and strong customer experience.
