Job summary

Ultipro in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an experienced Licensed Loan Officer to promote and sell mortgage products, ensuring accurate and timely closings within a goal-oriented team. You will conduct borrower interviews, analyze financial data, manage client relationships, market loan products, and stay compliant with mortgage regulations while delivering excellent service.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent and state licensure within 60 days are preferred; 2+ years' mortgage experience strongly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mortgage or related field with loan process knowledge.
• State licensure within 60 days in applicable states.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
• Manage client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals from contacts and partners.
• Interview borrowers to analyze financial and credit data.
• Market and sell mortgage products to prospects.
• Negotiate rates and terms with lenders and customers.
• Define and manage loan process expectations for clients.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain mortgage knowledge and comply with regulations.
