Cornerstone Capital Bank seeks an experienced Licensed Loan Officer to join our team of mortgage professionals in Texas. You will promote and sell our loan products, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate, timely closings while upholding regulatory compliance.

You’ll interview borrowers, analyze credit data, negotiate terms, and stay current on market conditions. A license within 60 days and strong communication are required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be licensed (or able to gain license within 60 days) by the applicable regulator in each state of licensure.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Manage client relationships and identify service and sales needs.
• Respond to inquiries from referrals generated by contacts.
• Conduct borrower interviews to analyze financial and credit data.
