Job summary

Keller Postman LLC is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support our litigation practice in Lake Mary, Florida. You will be the primary contact for clients in a specific practice area and collaborate closely with the attorney team to gather information and relay updates.

The role is in-person five days a week. Compensation includes an hourly base of $23.00 to $25.00, eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus, and benefits commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in customer or client services preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly communicate with clients to request and review documentation related to the case.
• Respond to inbound phones, emails, and SMS to answer client questions.
• Conduct outbound phone calls, SMS, and emails with clients to gather required information to work up a client's case.
• Perform data compilation, data cleanup, and QA on various types of data.
• Accurately file documents in the appropriate databases with all required information and notes.
• Perform file maintenance tasks for electronic files in compliance with firm policies.
• Assist clients with the discovery phase of a case and provide non-legal answers.
• Work with a team on overflow projects for filings, hearings/trials, and depositions.
