Job summary

The Advocates - Driggs, Bills & Day is seeking a driven Legal Case Manager for our Spokane office. You will own cases, coordinate with clients, and navigate interactions with insurers and medical providers, working directly with an attorney to deliver excellent service for those who have been hurt.

The right fit is friendly, client-focused, and detail-oriented, with a history of hard work for clients and the ability to build strong rapport with clients and providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Associate's Degree (preferred)
• 1+ years Office Work experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of Personal Injury experience (preferred)
• Spanish fluency (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage cases on your docket and coordinate with clients
• Communicate with clients during treatment
• Collaborate with assistants and attorneys for top-notch client representation
• Be driven to win and take pride in your work
• Provide exceptional client service with a professional, courteous manner
• Perform administrative duties: gathering, recording, and filing documentation
