Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in janitorial or facilities services.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day janitorial operations for one or multiple client locations.
• Ensure services meet standards, contract requirements, and safety regs.
• Conduct facility inspections and quality audits to maintain service excellence.
• Develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Respond to customer concerns, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management of janitorial employees and supervisors.
• Monitor labor hours, productivity, and operational expenses to meet budget objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate special projects, deep cleaning, floor care, and emergency response services as needed.
• Manage onboarding, coaching, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs.
• Track and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare reports related to staffing, quality assurance, safety incidents, and operational performance.
