Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Working knowledge of Applied Epic or a comparable agency management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests, policy changes, renewals, and inquiries while delivering exceptional client service.
• Review policies and account activity to identify coverage gaps and discounts.
• Evaluate insurance programs and recommend coverage adjustments as needs evolve.
• Re-market and obtain alternative quotes to secure competitive coverage.
• Partner with producers, underwriters, and carriers to support retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records in the agency system.
