TriNet in Atlanta, GA seeks a Customer Success Consultant to be the initial contact for a portfolio of TriNet ASO clients. The role provides personalized payroll, tax, platform, reporting, and HR/benefits support, backed by a team of experts.

Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential. Candidates should have 3+ years in payroll and customer service, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with CRM/HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry work experience preferred.
• 3+ years payroll and customer service/relationship management required.
• Licenses & Certifications: FPC/CPP preferred; PMP/PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent services to customers through diligent, accurate, timely, and easy-to-use solutions.
• Proactively triage, escalate, and resolve client inquiries with relevant information and recommendations.
• Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery and meet customer expectations.
