Job summary

TSSI Recruit Ltd. is seeking a client-facing attorney to own legal matters from initial evaluation through resolution in Texas. You will manage collections cases and related HOA matters statewide, guiding clients through disputes and negotiations.

You will also prepare documents, advocate for clients, and maintain clear, proactive communication to ensure informed decisions and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Min 2 years' experience.
• Effective negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Professional judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage collections cases and other issues related to property owners associations statewide. by helping clients navigate legal disputes, negotiate resolutions, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients.
• You’ll build relationships with clients, keep them informed throughout the process, and help translate complicated legal issues into clear options and next steps.
