Job summary

TSSI Recruit US clients a well-established Texas law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to take on hands-on case ownership and direct client exposure. This role offers a clear path toward partnership with mentorship from experienced attorneys.

You will manage matters from evaluation to resolution, draft motions and pleadings, and collaborate with paralegals and staff to achieve favorable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Texas bar license and practice readiness.
• 1+ year of attorney experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, opinions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Provide strategic counsel and practical solutions to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to drive successful outcomes.
