Charles Schwab is seeking a customer-focused professional to educate clients on investment strategies and trading tools. You will handle inbound calls, own issues, and guide clients through retirement and market options.

You will participate in the Schwab Service Academy to earn securities licenses, with training paid and a potential to advance to a hybrid work model after SSA completion.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in building client relationships is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices.
• Handle inbound client calls, take ownership, and resolve complex issues.
• Attend the Schwab Service Academy to obtain required licenses (Series 7 & 63).
• Work on-site during SSA and transition to a hybrid schedule after training.
