Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and work related experience.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• License to sell at least one financial product preferred (Series 6/7/63/65, state insurance license).
• CFP® or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather, discuss, and assess personal financial information for planning.
• Develop strategies to help clients meet financial goals.
• Monitor plan performance and realign funds as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of new investment trends and opportunities.
• Assist BM/FA by paperwork submission to broker/dealer and annuity/mutual fund companies.
• Maintain transaction records and confirm completion of elements.
• Respond to customer requests and service issues.
• Coordinate business plan elements for prospecting and client retention.
• Perform clerical duties and general admin tasks.
• Obtain additional licenses/certifications as appropriate.
