Job summary

Hunterlex is seeking an experienced Estate & Trust Planning Attorney for a full-time, onsite role in Jupiter, FL. The attorney will lead complex estate structuring, probate and trust administration, and client advisory from start to finish.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, active Florida Bar license, and 3–5 years in relevant practice, with strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills to independently manage matters for individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3 to 5 years of estate planning, probate/estate administration, and trust administration experience.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estate Planning: Draft and implement comprehensive estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related asset protection strategies.
• Estate & Probate Administration: Oversee the full lifecycle of estate administration and probate proceedings, guiding personal representatives, executors, and beneficiaries through post-death procedures.
• Trust Administration: Manage ongoing trust administration matters, advising trustees on fiduciary duties, distribution processes, and compliance requirements.
• Client Advisory & Representation: Counsel clients on wealth transfer and long-term estate strategy, maintaining a holistic, client-focused approach to representation.

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Estate & Trust Planning Attorney to join their team . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in comprehensive estate planning, probate/estate administration, and trust administration, delivering high-quality, client-centered representation.

In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to navigate complex estate structuring, lead legal strategy, draft key estate planning instruments, and oversee trust and probate administration from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skills: Exceptional legal drafting, analytical, and client communication skills, with the ability to manage transactional estate matters independently.
• Professional Engagement: Active involvement or membership in local or state estate planning councils and bar associations is a plus.
