Qualifications

• State license(s) required for brokerage work.
• 2-3 years of insurance brokerage or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high level of client service and satisfaction.
• Prepares underwriting submissions for new and renewal business.
• Negotiates terms with carriers and processes bind/cancel requests.
• Maintains client files and ensures proper documentation.
• Interacts with customers and carrier representatives professionally.
