The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, coordinating with carriers, and identifying coverage opportunities to expand services for our business clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with agency management software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Manage client files, ensuring all policy information, endorsements, and correspondence are accurately documented and maintained.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to resolve issues and obtain information.
• Provide outstanding support to clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
