Job summary

Howden is a global insurance group dedicated to a culture of ownership and collaboration. We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join Howden Consumer & Local Commercial, helping build rapport with diverse clients and supporting our Account Executives in renewal management.

You will ensure accurate documentation, deliver excellent client service, and maintain FCA compliance across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing client documentation to support quotes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
• Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
• Knowledge of FCA requirements and data handling processes to ensure compliant service.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with new and existing clients across a range of sizes.
• Assist with the quoting process and client documentation workflow.
• Support renewal efforts and maintain high levels of client service and compliance.
• Process data accurately in relevant systems to enable analysis and decision making.
