Zions Bank is recruiting for a front-line banking role in Utah. You will work closely with the community to help clients build a better financial future, becoming a banking expert and guiding customers to suitable products and services. You’ll be supported by colleagues and leaders across the Zions Bank family as you grow in your career.

Minimum pay starts at $17 per hour. Shift: Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-6pm, with a focus on accurate transactions, customer service, and cross-selling

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Solid math, cashiering, balancing, debits and credits knowledge.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, checks, ATM cards, transfers and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
