The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, strong communication, and adherence to banking policies. Prior banking or sales experience is helpful for success at the branch.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma and previous banking and/or sales experience.
• Ability to count money accurately and perform duties under time pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and banking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with service needs and cross-sell products.
• Open new accounts and assist with maintenance tasks and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure accurate end-of-shift records.
• Provide support for online banking and digital tools.
• Adhere to bank policies, ensure data privacy and fraud monitoring.
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks as needed.
